SHIPPING & PROCESSNG

• All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 2pm will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will begin processing the next business day. If an order is placed on Friday after 2p, processing will begin the following Monday (excluding holidays).

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

• Products may be eligible for return upon approval by Soul Vitality, LLC be handled as a priority and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date the original item is delivered back to Soul Vitality. 

• Items will not be eligible for exchange if they have been used.

• Soul Vitality will incur shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges and will

• provide you with a return label.

• Customers will incur shipping costs if an item is deemed no longer eligible for exchange upon physical inspection by Soul Vitality.
